welcome to journal entry for february 6. I am am in a february mood, thus the background. the background music is from the movie "Love Story." It is the film which has the famous line: Love means never having to say you're sorry. I first saw the movie when I was sixteen, and it made me sob. However, later I read the book that the movie was based on, and I cried even more. So, because february is such a love month, I decided to introduce you to a love story. Additionally, Segal happens to be one of my favorite authors--he has written all sorts of novels.

wow, I have had a lazy weekend. I spent most of the time in my robe, laying in bed. However, I did watch the X-files. We are getting into a bunch of good episodes with the X-files, with Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny slated to write and direct episodes in March. My birthday is on a Sunday, and on that night there is going to be a new episode. According to this site the episode looks really cool. It involves virtual reality as a way to solve murder. Doesn't Scully look neat trading in her suit for this garb on the right?

While I was relaxing today, I had time to think about what I was going to my Therapy FAQ. For those who don't know me, you might not know that this isn't my first home page. Originally, while I was in college, I had a very popular site hosted at abulafia.st.hmc.edu which had a personal page and my FAQ. This FAQ answered questions about the role of psychotherapy in people's lives. It won many awards, was widely linked, and was an interesting project from 1994-1997. However, I have not updated it since, while abulafia was in transition as a site, and even though many of the links still work, it is far from what it used to be. For a sample go here and you can see what it sort of looked like. Anyway, this site was very helpful to many people, and I think I want to revive it and revise it. So I have been thinking about how this could be done.

anyway, I really do need to get on a normal schedule. talk to you later.
